You may not use commissioned work to train AI.

You may not use commissioned work for NFTs.

No refunds will be issued after the initial sketch phase or after final delivery.

You may not trace my commissions / claim the art to be yours.

I reserve the right to use commission pieces for promotional purposes.

Use of artwork for merchandise and commercial will incur additional discussion.

You may repost your commission with credit back to my socials.

Half of total payment is due when we confirm lineart or sketch is complete. Rest of payment is due when final colored product is finished.

The final product will always have simple watermarks on it. You can request a version without a watermark for extra charge.

Final artwork will be delivered digitally in [PNG, JPG, PSD, etc.] via Discord, Google Docs, Dropbox, or email. No physical items will be shipped.

I will not accept commissions from clients under the age of 18. You must be 18 years or older.

Multiple revisions (10+, or completely changing the poses, characters, etc) are subject to extra charge.

TAT is 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks depending on complexity of your commission.

ALL Fetish/kink commissions and complicated/detailed requests will have an additional fee, depending on the content, ranging from $35 - $80 additional fee

Commercial use and Tattoo use: + $ Additional charge will be discussed!

Additional Character: + $ per character added

Simple Background (colors, shapes) + $10

Full Backgrounds and additional objects in picture ranging from $20 - $70 depending on request.
